Short version: this site collects what you type into the contact form and nothing else. No analytics cookies, no ad trackers, no resale of anything.

Who we are
Spear Point Networks LLC, doing business as SpearPoint Networks ("SpearPoint," "we"), operates spearpointnetworks.com and the SPEND Advantage program pages at spearpointnetworks.com/spend/. Questions about this policy go to info@spearpointnetworks.com.
What we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form on our contact page we receive what you enter: your name, work email, organization, optional phone number, what you are looking at, an optional spend range, and your message. The form is processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, which stores submissions on our behalf and emails them to us.
Server logs. Netlify keeps standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations. We do not use them to identify visitors.
Estimators and demos. The royalty estimator and the spend import demo run entirely in your browser. Numbers you enter are not sent to us.
Program data (authorized users). Participating associations and member companies with program access see statements and reconciliation data through SHELBY. That data is governed by the participation agreement, not this policy.
What we do not collect
We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use tracking pixels. We do not buy, sell, or rent visitor data. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives a standard font request from your browser; no other third-party scripts run on the site.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, scope a technology review, or set up a conversation about the SPEND program. If you become a client, information moves into our engagement records. We do not add form submissions to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained in Netlify for up to 12 months, then deleted unless an engagement is underway. Email correspondence is retained as part of our business records.
Your choices
Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will confirm within ten business days. If you would rather not use the form, email works just as well.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above moves and the new version is posted here.
